A student ID card carries a fairly standard set of facts: name, class or grade, a roll or admission number, a photo and usually a parent or emergency contact. Every column in your spreadsheet maps to a field on the card, including a dedicated photo column, so generating ID cards for students works the same whether you're making five or five hundred. What to put on an ID card

• Front: photo, full name, class and section (or designation and department), roll, admission or employee number.

• Leave blanks off: optional fields like blood group simply don't print when empty, instead of showing an empty line.
